Refund Policy
This policy explains how refund requests are handled for TSS Hub access, licensing, and related support services.
1. Digital product
TSS Hub is licensed digital software. Once access, activation, or delivery has started, refunds may be limited.
2. Support first
If you have a technical issue, contact support first so we can review it and try to resolve it before a refund decision is made.
3. How requests are reviewed
Refund requests are reviewed case by case, taking into account applicable law, the service provided, and whether access has already been activated or materially delivered.
4. Renewals and cancellation
Stopping future renewals does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or agreed in writing.
