Terms of Service

These terms cover the TSS Software website, TSS Hub, and related support services.

1. TSS Hub access

TSS Hub is licensed software. Your plan sets how many live accounts, seats, and engines you can use, plus any approved add-ons.

2. Approved use only

Only the approved customer may use TSS Hub. You may not resell, share, copy, reverse engineer, or give access to anyone not covered by your licence.

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew on the schedule shown at checkout or in a written agreement. If payment fails, access may be limited, downgraded, or suspended.

4. Software purpose

TSS Hub is software only. Nothing on this website, in the platform, or in support communications is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

5. Your setup and responsibility

You are responsible for your own broker accounts, PC or VPS setup, account settings, execution choices, compliance duties, and all results from your use of TSS Hub.

6. Availability

We aim to keep TSS Hub available and up to date, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. We may update, limit, or pause service for maintenance, security, or compliance reasons.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the published refund policy and the nature of the digital access already provided.

8. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or end access if there is misuse, unauthorised sharing, payment failure, security risk, or a breach of these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TSS Software is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, downtime, internet or VPS issues, broker-side issues, or indirect or consequential losses.
